I want to cook at least one dish from every United Nations recognized country in the world. When I tell people this, they either think it's really cool, or I'm completely crazy. I think it's a little bit of both. Through this project, I want to learn more about the world, become a better cook, improve my food photography, and most importantly, connect with loved ones over (hopefully!) delicious and interesting food. I live in a mid-sized town in the Midwest. I don't live in a major city, although there is a large university in my town. I'm trying to make these dishes with ingredients that aren't too strange or foreign, and that most people can find in their town or easily on the internet.
